Where can I register as an AUDIA customer?
Registration as a new customer is possible under Become a Partner.
How can I order?
You can create your earmould and hearing protection orders step by step in the intuitive EASYORDER ordering system.
Where can I get my EASYORDER access data?
You will receive your EASYORDER access data with your welcome e-mail or you can request it from AUDIA customer service on 03634 693 - 111 or by e-mail to info@audia-akustik.de.
What is the status of my order?
You can view the status of your current orders at any time in EASYORDER under "Orders".
Where can I get a price list?
The price list with your individual conditions can be viewed in the partner area of the purchasing community or obtained by sending an enquiry to vertrieb@audia-akustik.de.
Where can I get my customer number?
You can obtain informations about your customer number from our customer service on 03634 693 - 111 or by e-mail to info@audia-akustik.de.
How do I receive my invoice?
You will receive your invoice from us either by e-mail or by post. If you have centralised billing, you will receive the invoice from your purchasing association or head office.
How can I change my address?
You can send changes to master data to finanzen@audia-akustik.de.
How can I obtain samples from AUDIA?
You can order product samples based on a sample ear or your own ear impression easily and individually in our Marketing section or by sending an email enquiry to marketing@audia-akustik.de. You will receive a 50% discount on the list price for samples based on a sample ear.
What is do in case of a complaint?
Individuality has no limits, but ear canals do. If something doesn't fit, you can simply make a complaint about your order in EASYORDER and you will be contacted by customer service.
How long does it take to manufacture my earmould?
You can find the average production time at AUDIA on our website in the footer area and in the EASYORDER directly in the order.
Which purchasing groups does AUDIA co-operate with?

Which training courses does AUDIA offer?
AUDIA offers regular training courses on hearing protection, earmoulds and bone conduction. You can find all current training topics at Schulungen.
What options are available for sending scans to AUDIA for production?
Scans can be uploaded directly to the order in the EASYORDER ordering system. For the shipment of physical impressions, a transport code is generated when the order is placed, which we use to assign the impressions to your order.
How long are scans kept?
The scans will be kept for 2 years.
Will I get the impression back?
Physical impressions are sent back by AUDIA.
What return policies apply to AUDIA products?
